Engineered Fluted Panels
Overview
About This Product
Engineered Fluted Panels by Studio 7 bring the timeless appeal of fluted architecture to modern interiors — with the engineering flexibility to suit any environment and budget. The defining feature of this product is its multi-material base system: choose from natural wood veneer, MDF, WPC (Wood Polymer Composite), or CPC (Calcium Polymer Composite) depending on your performance requirements. CPC panels are 100% waterproof, termite-proof, and dimensionally stable — making them ideal for humid environments, coastal properties, and high-traffic commercial spaces. Each panel is available in a wide range of flute profiles, widths, and surface finishes including natural wood veneer, high-gloss laminate, matte PU paint, and fabric wrap. Whether used as a feature wall in a corporate reception, a textured ceiling in a luxury hotel lobby, or a statement backdrop in a premium residence, Engineered Fluted Panels deliver architectural character that is both visually striking and built to last.

Key Features
What Sets It Apart
Multi-Material Base Flexibility
Choose the base that fits your project: natural wood veneer for warmth and authenticity, MDF for budget-conscious interiors, WPC for moisture-prone areas, or CPC (Calcium Polymer Composite) for maximum durability and waterproofing. All bases accept the same range of surface finishes.
CPC — Calcium Polymer Composite
CPC is a next-generation engineered base that is 100% waterproof, termite-proof, fire-retardant, and dimensionally stable across temperature and humidity cycles. It does not swell, warp, or delaminate — making it the preferred choice for bathrooms, spas, coastal properties, and high-humidity commercial environments.
Custom Flute Profiles & Finishes
Wide, narrow, deep-shadow, or micro-flute profiles available to order. Surface finishes include natural wood veneer (teak, oak, walnut, wenge), high-pressure laminate, matte and gloss PU paint, and fabric wrap — giving complete design freedom to match any interior scheme.
Wall & Ceiling Applications
Lightweight panel construction (as low as 6 kg/m²) allows direct adhesive bonding or concealed clip-track fixing to any substrate — gypsum, brick, concrete, or existing cladding. Suitable for both vertical wall cladding and horizontal ceiling installations with no special structural requirements.
Acoustic Benefit
The fluted surface geometry naturally diffuses sound, reducing flutter echo and improving speech clarity in open-plan offices, boardrooms, and hospitality spaces — without requiring a separate acoustic treatment layer.
Low Maintenance & Durable
All panels are factory-finished and require no on-site painting or sealing. CPC and WPC bases are resistant to staining, scratching, and UV fading. Panels can be wiped clean with a damp cloth — ideal for high-touch areas such as reception counters, lift lobbies, and retail interiors.
